On the nose it is ample and intense, with distinct notes of saffron, cinnamon and resin. On the palate it is soft and presents a pleasant sweetness, tempered by its discrete freshness. An elegant presence in the glass.

Serving suggestions:
try it with Italian and French mature or herby cheeses, although the most classic serving suggestion for this wine is foie gras.
